Camera Package & Encoder Update

Flutter camera library updated to use Camera X camera_android_camerax:
- This fixes some issues with older android phone cameras especially when trying to take macro footage.

Stopped phone sleeping on encode dialog:
- This stops the phone sleeping part way through encoding video, which can slow the process down.

Added limit to number of video thumbnails displayed on sharing tab:
- If there are too many video thumbnails the phone can run into memory issues and non are displayed.

If you have any issues with the app after install/update go to Settings [Cog Icon] and press [Reset App & Project Settings] and restart the app.
