Update to improve performance on older phones

I have improved the encoding functions meaning that older phone are more likely to be able to encode long sequences without running out of memory. 

Also the app is now more resilient to phone camera errors, meaning if the shooting sequence is disrupted by a hardware error it will hopefully pickup where it left off once the camera has cleared any problems it might have.
